所以在非机动车道行驶更有问题了

已经不是超速的问题了。摩托车在还没有撞击汽车的时候已经发生摔车了。这个才是事故第一现场。到撞击汽车的时候已经是躺下的状态了

。你叫四轮司机如何提前观察预防？等看到的时候已经是躺下的摩托车飞过来了

在他们眼里，别人转弯时发生碰撞了

自己借非机没责的、自己在非机骑299没责的。哪怕别人一停二看三通过，也是没用的

反正都是别人全责~

哦对了，按他们这种理论~以后有恐怖分子在非机道上轰一发RPG，炸到正在转弯的他们，他们也会认全责的，是自己活该。别人最多吃个非法持有火箭筒的罚单
